What is the difference between the eSync and eSync 2?

The eSync is a legacy device which has been replaced by the eSync 2. Compared to the eSync, the eSync 2 offers more synchronization ports, and the following table highlights the key changes from the eSync to the eSync 2.

  eSync eSync 2
Sync Input Three ports: high-impedance, low-impedance, and isolated Four ports: three general purpose and one isolated
Sync Output Two output ports Four output ports
Shutter Glass  Occupied sync input and output ports. VESA Stereo I/O ports integrated specifically for shutter glass applications.
Sync Rate 10 to 250 Hz 30 to 360 Hz

The general purpose sync-in port on the eSync 2 is designed to utilize high-impedance input. However, it is still possible to input low-impedance signals with an appropriate modification to the input port. Please contact us for details.
